School Speech Language Pathologist - Uniontown, PA

Make a difference in students' lives in a dynamic school setting by providing Speech-Language Pathology services during the first semester. This contract opportunity is onsite for three days a week, working from 8:15AM to 3:40PM, and serves approximately 38 students at the elementary level. The ideal start date is August 24, 2026, running through January 4, 2027 (dates may be subject to change).

Desired Experience & Credentials:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• PA SLP Educator Certificate required
• Previous experience with school-based caseloads strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort working with elementary-aged students in a diverse learning environment
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech and language therapy to students
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team goals
• Support generalization of speech/language skills in the classroom setting
