Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Schools-based experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of up to 55 students
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families
  • SLPA supervision is not required; only fully credentialed SLPs considered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver direct therapeutic services both individually and in small groups
  • Complete required documentation and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with classroom staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide input on language and communication strategies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and school-site activities
