Qualifications and Experience:
-Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
-Valid state licensure (or eligibility) Texas.
-Familiarity with supervising SLPAs or interest in developing these skills.
-Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
-Comfortable providing both in-person and virtual services.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations.
-Develop and implement effective IEP-driven therapy plans.
-Deliver direct services to students in alignment with educational goals.
-Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports.
-Collaborate with teachers, colleagues, and families.
-Provide SLPA supervision and mentorship as needed.
