Primary - TEAM B

• Set up and operate production equipment according to work instructions.
• Inspect raw materials and finished parts using precision measuring tools.
• Load materials into automated equipment and monitor machine operation.
• Read and record equipment data and make adjustments as directed.
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Safely operate material handling equipment and assist with basic equipment maintenance.
• Support supervisors with equipment setup, gage, and fixture management.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and 5S workplace standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report safety or quality concerns promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
• Basic math, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and use precision measuring tools.

1. Ability to stand and walk the entire workday, tolerate the heat, air quality and general work conditions of a manufacturing environment.
2. Must be capable of frequent bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, climbing and balancing constantly.
3. Ability to frequently lift 10 to 50 lbs.
4. Ability to work overtime as needed
