RN Registered Nurse

Shift differential: $3.50 (10 PM - 6 AM) Starting wage for new graduates: $42.50/hr! Tuition reimbursement is available for full-time employees.

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

• Nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Current licensure/registration in the applicable state. An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing must be maintained throughout employment.
• Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain current throughout employment.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
• Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment
• Communicate effectively and collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team
