Orthopaedic Surgeon - Hand

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Hand Surgery to become a part of our vibrant and expanding team. This role provides a chance to thrive in a supportive, faith-oriented academic setting that prioritizes teaching and mentorship.

• Become a member of a bustling practice with over 16 orthopedic surgeons and 4 physician assistants.
• Play an active role in the education of 25 orthopedic surgery residents and 2 hand fellows.
• Participate in a collaborative atmosphere centered on patient care, research, and education.
• Faculty members may be eligible for federal student loan forgiveness programs.

Situated in Southern California's Inland Empire, this area is recognized as the only Blue Zone in the U.S., celebrated for its commitment to health and longevity. The anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $450,000 to $550,000.

This compensation range includes variable components and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is adjusted according to experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $405,000 and $495,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
