Job Responsibilities- Work Monday to Friday with 10-hour shifts; weekend on-call may be required.
- Manage an average of 18 to 24 patients per shift, with a typical census of 10 to 15 patients.
- Provide care in an inpatient setting.
- Most deliveries will be conducted by midwives.
- Engage in full-scope OB/GYN practice, with options for clinic work, on-call duties, or a combination of both.
- Demonstrate skills in C-sections, VBAC, breech deliveries, and handling complicated cases.
- Perform surgical GYN procedures, including open and major operative interventions.
- Facilitate approximately 80 to 90 deliveries each month.
