Key Responsibilities- Call shifts: 5 PM - 7 AM; 24-hour shifts are available.
- Call ratio: 2 - 3 calls per day with a 30-minute response time.
- Patient load: 5 - 6 patients seen daily; 2 - 3 admissions per day.
- Practice setting: Inpatient only.
- OB requirements: High and low-risk cases, including C-sections and VBACs.
- OB ultrasounds: Level I, Level II, and interpretation are required.
- Procedures: Amniocentesis and management of complicated deliveries are necessary.
- Skills: Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations is required.
