Start Date: September | Full-Time Position | Ongoing Opportunity

• Full-time locum tenens coverage commencing in September
• Shifts: 10 hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Weekday on-call hours: 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend on-call hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• Willingness to work at both St. Petersburg General and Pasadena Hospital is essential
• Flexible scheduling is necessary based on the daily surgical workload
• Involves a combination of managing personal cases and providing medical direction
• MD to CRNA ratio: 1:3-1:4 at St. Petersburg | 1:5 at Pasadena
• Daily case volume ranges from 5 to 20

Types of Cases

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Upper and Lower Extremity Regional Blocks
• OB Spinals and Epidurals
• TAP Blocks
• Endoscopy
• Standard community anesthesia cases

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• 1-2+ years of experience required (5-10 years preferred)
• Comfortable supervising CRNAs and managing personal cases
• Willingness to cover both facilities is a must
