\n A growing nutraceutical manufacturing company in Phoenix is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their first shift team! If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working on preventative maintenance, and being the person everyone relies on to keep production running, this is a great opportunity to join a stable company with a collaborative maintenance team.\n

\n Whether you've worked in food manufacturing, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, plastics, packaging, or another manufacturing environment, we'd love to speak with you!\n

Pay: $25.00 per hour with a pay increase upon permanent conversion.\n
\n
Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM\n

Maintenance Technician Job Duties\n
\n • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment\n
\n • Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems and other production machinery\n
\n • Complete maintenance work orders and documentation accurately\n
\n • Follow equipment manuals and company safety procedures\n
\n • Complete maintenance projects from start to finish\n
\n • Clean and organize work areas after maintenance activities\n
\n • Support production by minimizing equipment downtime\n
\n

Maintenance Technician Requirements\n
\n • Manufacturing maintenance experience or strong mechanical aptitude\n
\n • Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment\n
\n • Comfortable using computers or tablets to complete work orders\n
\n • Electrical certification is a plus\n
\n • Heat seal equipment experience is a plus\n
\n • Strong organizational skills and ability to complete projects independently\n
\n • Ability to communicate effectively with a small team\n
\n • Willingness to accept coaching and direct feedback\n
