Trillium Construction is now seeking a Concrete Foreman for a project in Lake George, NY!

The project will last for about 7+ weeks. Schedule is working 7 10’s (70 hours per week). Pay is up to $50/hour + $875/week per diem.

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to oversee concrete work at an operating paper mill in Lake George, NY for approximately 7+ weeks. The role focuses on supervising crews, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring safe, high-quality concrete work in an industrial environment.

Job Duties:
\n -Supervise concrete crews for pours, placement, finishing, and curing.
\n -Coordinate daily tasks, manpower, and schedules around mill operations.
\n -Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools and equipment.
\n -Read and interpret drawings/blueprints and communicate with site management.

Qualifications:
\n -Prior concrete foreman or lead experience on industrial/commercial projects is required, along with strong crew supervision, communication skills, and familiarity with working in active plants or mills.
