Electrician - Terminator

Electrician – Data Center Project (Claude, TX) Pay: $30–$37/hr + $178/day Per Diem Schedule: 60/60/50 (Overtime Available) Start Date: ASAP

Job Overview We are actively hiring Electricians for a large-scale data center construction project in Claude, TX. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent overtime, strong per diem, and immediate start dates.

This role is ideal for electricians with vast terminations experience — power, low-voltage, and instrumentation — and a strong background in PLC and instrumentation, particularly those with prior work on data centers or large commercial/industrial builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform terminations across power, low-voltage, and instrumentation systems — this is a core, high-volume part of the scope
\n
• Pull wire and complete high-quality, code-compliant terminations throughout the project
\n
• Install, bend, and run EMT and rigid conduit
\n
• Perform PLC and instrumentation wiring, terminations, and troubleshooting
\n
• Install cable tray, supports, and electrical distribution systems
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings
\n
• Maintain compliance with NEC codes and jobsite safety standards
\n
• Coordinate with foremen and other trades to meet project timelines
\n
• Ensure high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced construction environment
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• NCCER Certification
\n
• Minimum 2+ years of industrial electrical experience
\n
• Extensive, hands-on terminations experience is a must — power, low-voltage, and instrumentation
\n
• Strong knowledge of PLC and instrumentation
\n
• Experience with rigid and EMT conduit bending and installation
\n
• Experience working on data centers or large-scale commercial projects preferred
\n
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
\n
• Must have reliable transportation
\n
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
\n
• Ability to work overtime and physically perform job duties (lifting, climbing, etc.)
\n

Compensation & Schedule

• $30–$37/hour (OT available)

• $178/day Per Diem
\n
• 60/60/50 schedule (High overtime potential)
