Job Description

• We are seeking an Associate Production Tech (Diag Tech), Filling - 2nd Shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience or strong interest in filling, labeling, packaging, and warehouse operations and a proven ability to follow cGMP/ISO procedures and maintain accurate production documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, change over, and participate in filling, labeling, and packaging equipment per Production Manufacturing Records and SOPs.
• Perform aseptic gowning and execute filling tasks in an aseptic environment as required.
• Conduct in-process quality checks, including fill, torque, vision system, and label alignment checks.
• Inspect products for defects and conformance to SOPs, ISO, and cGMP requirements.
• Complete production documentation and SAP transactions, ensuring accuracy for lots, expirations, intermediates, and reconciliations.
• Clean and decontaminate work areas per defined procedures and safety regulations.
• Perform scheduled environmental monitoring in Filling Suites as required.
• Support warehousing activities including fill prep, picking, issuing, returns, internal distribution, receiving, and shipping.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Adhere to a regimented shift schedule, including start time, breaks, lunch, and end-of-shift cleanup.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years in operations, production, filling, labeling, or warehouse settings, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to follow SOPs, cGMP, ISO, and safety requirements and maintain accurate records.
• Capability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Mechanical aptitude, clear penmanship, and comfort with math and computers for potential upskilling.
• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, independence, and ability to work well with others.
