Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift (9/80 Schedule)
Pay Rate starting at : $36.75 per hour
Duration: 6-Month Consultant Assignment
As a Manufacturing Analyst, you'll support manufacturing and tooling operations by:
Tracking daily costs and supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) activities
Creating weekly and monthly status reports
Maintaining program visibility charts and metrics
Managing tooling orders and documentation
Validating incoming materials against bills of material (BOMs)
Coordinating schedules with Production, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering teams
Monitoring chemical inventory and usage records
Conducting tool control, inventory audits, and asset tracking activities
Supporting onboarding, team engagement, compliance, and safety initiatives
Assisting with various manufacturing and assembly tooling projects
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience, Master's degree and 1+ year of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Aerospace or defense industry experience
Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge
Cost account management experience
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Work on innovative aerospace and defense programs

Pay Details: $36.75 per hour
