Noninvasive Cardiologist with Advanced Imaging Opportunity

The Role:

We are looking for a full-time, noninvasive clinical cardiologist with advanced imaging expertise to join our practice in Hanover-York, PA.

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in cardiovascular disease
• H1-B VISA candidates are encouraged to apply
• Become part of a team consisting of 11 cardiologists and seven Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Attractive base salary along with a generous incentive package and retention bonus

• Six weeks of paid time off annually, including paid Continuing Medical Education (CME)
• Proficiency in advanced imaging techniques such as echocardiography, 3D transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), vascular imaging, and nuclear imaging/cardiac PET
• Experience in cardiovascular CT and MRI is preferred to manage the existing program
• Join a rapidly growing practice; a new hospital facility opened in August 2019
• Responsibilities include covering UPMC Memorial in York and UPMC Hanover
• Engage in a 100% consultative practice
• Employment within a physician-led administration dedicated to the self-governance of the cardiovascular service line
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system across the organization
• Contribute to expanding research initiatives in Central PA by incorporating clinical research trials at UPMC Memorial in York and UPMC Hanover hospitals

About the Southern Region:

UPMC Memorial in York is a full-service acute care hospital with 126 beds, all in private rooms. The Hanover Campus hosts UPMC Hanover, which is a full-service acute care facility with 93 licensed beds.
