Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to become a part of our collaborative anesthesia team at the Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center in Janesville. This position offers a stable, physician-led environment with outstanding compensation and flexible call options, allowing you to customize your work-life balance within a Level III Trauma Center.
Key Responsibilities:- Join a team of 16 full-time anesthesiologists, 2 part-time anesthesiologists, 2 full-time CRNAs, and 2 anesthesia technicians.
- Manage a diverse surgical case mix, including:
- Pediatrics
- Low-volume obstetrics
- Neurosurgery
- Gynecology, general surgery, plastics, orthopedics
- Gastroenterology, oncology, ophthalmology, urology
- Participate in a call structure with options for:
- First Call (In-House) Track: 7 weeks of night call (7 PM - 7 AM), 7 days on / 7 days off
- No in-house call requirement
- Approximately every 9 weeks for second-call rotation
- Equal vacation, scheduling, and call structure for all team members.
- Willingness to train new graduates is encouraged.
- Completion of residency training from an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology program.
