Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities include:

• Completing resident service requests
• Troubleshooting basic plumbing and electrical issues
• Repairing appliances and fixtures
• Completing apartment turnovers and make-readies
• Painting and performing drywall repairs
• Changing locks, hardware, and light fixtures
• Assisting with preventive maintenance
• Maintaining professional communication with residents

What we’re looking for:

• Previous apartment, residential, hotel, or building maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and painting
• Reliable transportation to Lowell
• Basic hand tools
• Strong attendance and follow-through
• Comfortable interacting with residents
• Interested in a long-term opportunity

EPA or HVAC certification is a plus but is not required to apply.
