We're recruiting multiple Lounge Hosts to join a prestigious VIP lounge operation at London Heathrow Airport, delivering a five-star experience to passengers from around the world. You'll be the face of the lounge, providing a warm welcome to VIP guests, serving food and beverages, maintaining impeccable presentation standards, and ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding experience.Why you'll love it\n

• Pay rates between £13.50 - £14.91 per hour (depending on your experience)

• Full-time hours (37.5 - 40 hrs per week)

To be considered for this role, you must:\n

\n
• Have previos experience in premium hospitality or within corporate leisure environment (this could include fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, private members' clubs, premium leisure venues, theatres, casinos, cruise ships or high-end customer service environments)
\n
• Be able to work a variety of shifts Mon – Sun between 5am - 11pm
\n
• Be able to provide a full 5-year employment and address history for airport security clearance
\n
• Be willing to undergo a Criminal Record Check (cost reimbursed after four weeks)
\n
• Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
