Pensions Solicitor (2-5 years')

The Role

You'll advise a diverse client base across a wide range of pensions matters, including:

\n
• Defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes
\n
• Trustee and employer advisory work
\n
• Group pensions and master trusts
\n
• Buy-in and buy-out transactions
\n
• Longevity and insurance arrangements
\n
• Pensions issues arising from corporate transactions
\n
• Contentious pensions matters, working closely with specialist colleagues where required
\n

This role offers plenty of variety, responsibility and the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise within a market-leading team.

About You

To be considered, you'll ideally have:

• Between 2-5 years' PQE with experience gained in a recognised pensions practice
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in pensions law
\n
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
\n
• A proactive approach with strong organisational abilities
\n
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
\n
• An enthusiasm for business development and building long-term client relationships
\n
