Marketing And Communications Manager

Our well-established clients are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager on a full-time permanent basis to lead the development and delivery of a strategic marketing and communications function that engages our people and supports business growth.

Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you’ll oversee internal and external communications, digital marketing, content creation, media relations, employer branding, and key campaigns while managing the organisation’s reputation and ensuring consistent messaging.

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Lead the development and promotion of our employer brand to attract, engage, and retain talent.
\n
• Manage internal communications that inform, inspire, and connect employees.
\n
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, web, print, and events.
\n
• Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all communications.
\n
• Create compelling content including articles, case studies, videos, presentations, and leadership communications.
\n
• Manage media relations, PR activity, and reputation management.
\n
• Monitor campaign performance using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
\n
• Manage marketing budgets and external agencies where required.
\n
• Provide strategic communications advice to senior leaders

• Exceptional management and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
\n

To be considered for this role you will have worked in a similar role within Marketing, and you will still be able to do a hands-on role as the marketing team is still relatively small, however there is the opportunity for future career progression within this growing business. The role is site based and offers a salary of £42000 to £50,000 with excellent benefits.
