Role: Connect to Work IPS Operations ManagerSalary: £45,000 per annumContract type: PermanentWorking hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs pw)Location: Lincolnshire (Remote) must have a car, regional travel requiredFor over three decades, we have been dedicated to supporting individuals and employers across the UK. This includes ensuring that all actions are taken to ensure contracts are delivered within budget and to agreed quality standards. The role ensures IPS services align with primary care pathways, contract requirements, and clinical guidelines, oversees referrals, fidelity standards, and compliance with policies and safeguarding.What youll doEnsure the smooth running and productive dynamics of their teams by acting as a lynchpin between all key individuals and teams behind/within the participants journey.Through the scheduling of resources ensures consistent coverage of their geographical area meeting their needs for advice and guidance, employment training and employer engagementEnsure that periodic performance management meetings occur and are properly documented and that these set stretching but achievable targets following a thorough interrogation of performanceObserves Co-Members and provides constructive feedback, cascading this process down among the teams that report to this roleIdentifies skills gaps and training needsConducts bi-annual reviews and performance development reviewsTo ensure IPS Team Managers and Employment Specialists are delivering a high standard of service following the 8 Principles of IPS and Fidelity frameworkTo oversee and support IPS Team Managers to ensure regular fidelity reviews are carried out at all IPS sites and develop a responsive action plan and review to ensure continuous service improvement.Identify and discuss succession planning with Risk ManagerWhat youll needEducated to a degree level or equivalent experienceDesirable trained in IPS approachKnowledge of disability and special needs issues, policies, and legislation in relation to employment3+ years experience of working with people with health support needs, or a similar group within health, social services, or the voluntary sectorNatural ability to build close, trusting, and productive relationships with peopleAbility to model recovery-focused practice including co-productionClean driving licence and full-time access to a car as this role requires travel.Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.We welcome applicants with lived experience and encourage applications that reflect the relevance to the post.BenefitsCPD - Broad range of internal training to enhance your knowledge and skillsGenerous pension scheme, with the option to opt outCompany health plan subject to successful completion of probation period25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays5-10 sick day per year paid.Join us at Standguide and be part of a team dedicated to making a meaningful impact on individuals' lives and businesses nationwide.Standguide is an Equal Opportunities Employer and a Disability Confident Leader.
