Teaching Assistant (SEND) - Special School (Cardiff) 12-Month Contract | Starting September | Via Aspire People Aspire People are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding special school in Cardiff, working with pupils aged 4-11 with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN). This is a long-term opportunity starting in September, ideal for someone passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN. The Role: Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups Assist with tailored learning activities Promote engagement, independence, and positive behaviour Work closely with teachers and support staff Personal care Requirements: Minimum 6 months' experience in a regulated childcare/education setting OR Relevant childcare/education qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent) Calm, patient, and committed approach SEN experience desirable but not essential What's on offer: 12-month stable placement Supportive special school environment Ongoing support from Aspire People Valuable SEN experience If you're ready to make a real difference, apply today with your CV.
