Why This Role Gets Filled Fast * Work on school refurbishment projects * Join a contractor with consistent repeat business and a solid order book * Opportunity to run your own projects What You’ll Be Doing * Running external refurbishment & maintenance works on School projects * Managing projects from start to finish * Coordinating trades and subcontractors to keep the programme on track * Acting as the main point of contact for clients * Ensuring Health & Safety and quality standards are met * Keeping site paperwork and reporting fully up to date What You’ll Bring * Experience in construction * Background with a reputable contractor * Strong communication and client‑facing ability * Confident with paperwork, reporting and IT * CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid * Professional, proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
