Working alongside an established national Real Estate team of more than 80 lawyers, you'll enjoy the autonomy to shape your own practice while benefiting from a steady flow of quality work, cross-referrals and the support of recognised specialists across the firm.You'll advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, acting for developers, investors, landowners, corporate occupiers and owner-managed businesses. Whether your expertise lies in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, development, real estate finance or a mixture of commercial property disciplines, you'll have the platform to build a successful practice.The CandidateApplications are welcomed from experienced Commercial Property Lawyers at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level. You will have a strong technical background, commercial awareness and the ambition to play a visible role in the growth of a successful regional office.You'll ideally have an established network of contacts within Shropshire or the wider Borders region and enjoy developing client relationships and generating new business.
