Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Long Days & Nights Available

We're currently recruiting experienced Band 5 RMNs to join our growing team, with opportunities to work long day and night shifts across a variety of mental health services.

As a Band 5 RMN, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within inpatient mental health settings. You'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to support patients with a range of mental health conditions while promoting recovery, dignity and independence.

• Deliver safe, effective and compassionate mental health nursing care.
\n
• Undertake patient assessments and contribute to care planning.
\n
• Administer medication in accordance with NMC guidelines and local policies.
\n
• Monitor, evaluate and accurately document patient progress.
\n
• Respond appropriately to challenging situations, ensuring the safety of patients and colleagues.
\n
• Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
\n

\n
• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC registration.
\n
• Minimum of 6 months' recent NHS or UK mental health experience.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments.
\n
• PMVA/MAPA training is desirable but not essential.
\n
