HVAC Engineer (North West)

\nThe role is mostly working within the Cheshire/North West region with only very occasional further travel.
\nWe are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our team.
\n\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity for an engineer who is confident working on air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF systems.
\n\nThe position is a paid, permanent role and is suitable for experienced engineers with proven knowledge of fault-finding, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems must also be able to install split/multi split and VRF air conditioning systems.
\n\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, servicing, reactive repairs and installations where required.
\n\nYou must be able to work independently, identify faults accurately, recommend suitable repairs and complete works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
\n\nExperience working on chilled water systems would be beneficial, although not essential.
\n\nKey responsibilities will include:
\n\nInstallations of DX AC systems
\nFault-finding and diagnosing issues on air conditioning and HVAC systems
\nCarrying out planned maintenance, servicing and reactive repairs
\nWorking on air conditioning and VRV/VRF systems
\nWorking on ventilation and associated mechanical systems
\nAttending commercial and/or domestic sites as required
\nCompleting works safely, efficiently and professionally
\nProviding clear updates on works carried out and any further recommendations
\nCompleting job reports, service sheets and paperwork accurately
\nEnsuring all work complies with relevant standards and company procedures
\n\n\nThe ideal candidate will have:
\n\nPrevious experience within the HVAC industry
\nStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
\nExperience maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems
\nExperience working on VRV/VRF systems
\nChilled water system experience would be beneficial
\nA good understanding of associated mechanical and electrical systems
\nGood computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Office and basic job management systems
\nGood timekeeping and the ability to manage their own workload
\n\nA full, clean UK driving licence
\nThe ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n\nA professional attitude and good customer service skills
