Production Line Leader

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a well-established global food manufacturer to recruit a Production Line Leader, to join their team in Rotherham.

Salary: £35,000 - £37,000Hours: Continental shifts, 4on, 4off days/nights

Our client is looking for a self-motivated, dynamic individual, with an enthusiastic approach and the willingness to go the extra mile.

Duties of the Production Line Leader will include:

• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained, people are wearing correct PPE and corrective action is taken where necessary
\n
• Manage Production activity ensuring quality targets are met through the effective use of KPIs
\n
• Ensure staffing levels are correct for requirements
\n
• Ensure GMP and housekeeping standards are always audit ready
\n
• Provide coaching and leadership to all team members, identifying any training needs
\n
• Ensure any production / packing issues are identified and addressed in an efficient manner
\n
• Liaise with Engineering team to ensure appropriate response and ongoing maintenance
\n

We are looking for Production Line Leader will need the following skills/experience:

• Previous leadership experience working within a food manufacturing environment
\n
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
\n
• Good organisational skills
\n
• Excel in working within a fast-paced pressurised environment
\n
