We are recruiting for a Venture Capital investor who are backed by some of the world’s largest financial institutions. Due to significant growth, they are looking to expand their finance team by welcoming a Finance Manager to the team. This is an amazing opportunity for a newly qualified accountant keen to make a move into a fast-growing firm, in a wide-ranging and varied role.Your Role:\n

• Overseeing the day-today accounting for the group entities, including maintenance of all financial data and information
\n
• Ownership of the portfolio company data collection, analysis and reporting across financial and ESG metrics
\n
• Assisting with the preparation of internal management information, investor reporting, annual financial statements, tax returns and fundraising materials
\n
• Assisting with the regulatory responsibilities and overseeing the completion of the compliance monitoring
\n
• Deliver reporting and insights to both internal and external stakeholders
\n
• Working closely with fund administrators to make sure all fund reporting obligations are meT
\n
• Ad hoc projects when required
\n

Your Skills and Qualifications:\n

\n
• You will be a newly qualified accountant with up to 2 years post qualified experience
\n
• Experience with venture capital or private equity clients is ideal
\n
• Exposure to fund finance, investment valuations and data analysis is ideal but not essential
\n
• Strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills
\n
• Team player and very proactive
\n

They are looking to offer the successful candidate £60,000 - £70,000 with a great bonus and benefits.
