Working alongside recognised partners, you will advise on a broad range of complex and high value commercial disputes while developing your expertise within one of the region's largest litigation practices.

Description

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be:

• Advising clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes.
\n
• Managing complex litigation from initial instruction through to resolution.
\n
• Working closely with highly regarded partners on strategic, high value matters.
\n
• Handling specialist disputes including reputation management, public procurement and confidential information.
\n
• Advising on fraud and asset tracing matters.
\n
• Drafting legal documentation, pleadings and witness statements.
\n
• Representing clients during negotiations, mediations and court proceedings where appropriate.
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
\n
• Contributing to the continued success and growth of a nationally recognised disputes practice.
\n

Profile

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be:

\n
• A solicitor with between 1 and 4 years' PQE.
\n
• Experienced in commercial litigation gained within a respected law firm.
\n
• Able to manage matters with appropriate supervision.
\n
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical and drafting skills.
\n
• An effective communicator who builds strong client relationships.
\n
• Keen to work closely with leading partners on complex disputes.
\n
• Motivated to develop within a large regional commercial law firm.
\n

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £67,000 to £85,000.
\n
• Pension contribution of 5%.
