An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded disputes team in Leeds. Working alongside recognised partners, you will advise on a broad range of complex and high value commercial disputes while developing your expertise within one of the region's largest litigation practices.

\nThe Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be:
\n\n- \n
- Advising clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes. \n
- Managing complex litigation from initial instruction through to resolution. \n
- Working closely with highly regarded partners on strategic, high value matters. \n
- Handling specialist disputes including reputation management, public procurement and confidential information. \n
- Advising on fraud and asset tracing matters. \n
- Drafting legal documentation, pleadings and witness statements. \n
- Representing clients during negotiations, mediations and court proceedings where appropriate. \n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships. \n
- Contributing to the continued success and growth of a nationally recognised disputes practice. \n
Profile
\nThe Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be:
\n\n- \n
- A solicitor with between 1 and 4 years' PQE. \n
- Experienced in commercial litigation gained within a respected law firm. \n
- Able to manage matters with appropriate supervision. \n
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical and drafting skills. \n
- An effective communicator who builds strong client relationships. \n
- Keen to work closely with leading partners on complex disputes. \n
- Motivated to develop within a large regional commercial law firm. \n
Job Offer

- Salary ranging from £67,000 to £85,000. \n
