Programme Administrator Temporary contract until September 2026£19.92 per hour (PAYE) Central London (Hybrid), 35 hours per weekA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a national organisation supporting high-impact programmes that shape nursing excellence across the UK. Working closely with senior leaders, members and internal teams, you’ll help ensure smooth delivery of programmes and efficient day-to-day operations.Key responsibilities include:\n

  • Project & programme support across multiple workstreams
  • \n
  • Diary, travel and expenses coordination
  • \n
  • Meeting administration including agendas, minutes and action tracking
  • \n
  • Financial admin such as processing invoices, expenses and bookings
  • \n
  • Stakeholder communication with staff, members and external partners
  • \n
  • Supporting CRM use, document formatting and internal processes
  • \n
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across administrative systems
  • \n
Experience:\n

  • Strong background in administrative roles

  • Confident building relationships at all levels

  • Experience improving admin processes
  • \n
  • Excellent customer service skills
