This role is responsive and will be managing customer service to ensure the smooth running of allocation of jobs to support each project. Primarily a customer service role, using phone and email to communicate with all stakeholders, to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget. Knowledge of the geography of the UK is a benefit! Use of systems, creating work updates and sharing these with the Project Management team. Seeking approvals for expenses and monitoring the contingency budget available for each project. Covering the Helpdesk when required to assist with answering questions received by phone and email. Ensuring you engage with fieldworkers to support best practice and ensure the smooth running of projects to ensure high levels of customer service at all times. Ideally you will possess strong customer service skills, be confident in using various methods of communication both verbal and written. Previous experience in a customer facing role would be advantageous. Have a positive and upbeat attitude, able to engage with people, particularly over the telephone. Be dedicated, take ownership of delivering as promised to the best of your ability Good problem solving skills and the ability to remain cool under pressure Creative thinker and able to negotiate to ensure a difficult scenario will be completed Experience of working to deadlines Good use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Happy to spend large amounts of time on the phone with existing and potential fieldworkers Please let us know if I need to make reasonable adjustments to our process, please let me know about how I can best support you and make the adjustments that may be needed.
