People Administrator£13.60- £14.008-12 WeeksImmediate StartWe are supporting a valued client in recruiting a proactive, highly organised People Administrator to join a fast-paced, high-energy People team on a temporary basis for 8-12 weeks . This is an office-based role in Elland (HX5) and requires someone who can start immediately.The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support across HR, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Communications within the UK, while also collaborating with colleagues across a global People function.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end administration for onboarding, contractual changes, and leaversMaintain accurate employee records across HRIS and time & attendance platformsSupport the transition of offline administrative tasks into the HR system, ensuring smooth adoption and answering queries in person, via Teams video calls, Teams chat, and occasional phone callsTrack, update, and audit employee data to ensure accuracy and complianceCollate, check, and submit monthly payroll data; resolve pay-related queriesAct as the initial point of contact for HR and system queries across all levels of the businessOversee shared inboxes, trackers, and documentation librariesSupport the rollout and administration of a new HR platformAssist with data reporting, policy updates, and evolving People team initiativesWhat Makes This Role UniqueThis is a high-interaction, high-energy People team.
