Electrical Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider Commercial Office Building Fenchurch Street, London Up to £52,000 + PackageCBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider at a prestigious commercial office building in Fenchurch Street, London . This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a static, single-person site , taking full responsibility for the landlord services across the building.The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven background in commercial building maintenance. Working independently, you will carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a wide range of electrical, mechanical, and building services systems. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £52,000 , excellent overtime opportunities, ongoing training, and genuine career progression.Hours of Work:Monday to Friday08:00 am 17:00 pmOvertime available at weekends1 in 2 Call-Out RotaKey Duties & Responsibilities:Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems.Fault finding and maintenance on lighting, small installations, power distribution, control panels, ballast changes, and emergency lighting.Completing emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.Maintaining AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, chillers, and associated HVAC plant.Monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS) and UPS systems.Carrying out water temperature monitoring and basic plumbing repairs, including taps, toilets, and seals.Completing general building fabric maintenance where required.Escorting and supervising specialist subcontractors.Maintaining accurate logbooks and ensuring statutory compliance across the site.Delivering a high level of customer service while managing the building independently.Package:Salary up to £52,00026 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays1 in 2 Call-Out RotaCompany PensionInternal & External Training CoursesOvertime AvailableGenuine Career ProgressionRequirements:NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent17th or 18th Edition Wiring RegulationsProven experience within commercial building maintenanceStrong fault-finding and building services knowledgeAble to work independently and manage a single-person siteExcellent communication and customer-facing skillsMust be able to provide copies of trade certificatesPlease send your CV to Bailey White at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information and to avoid missing out on this opportunity.TPBN1_UKTJ
