Job CoachLocation: Central East WalesSalary: £25,200 - £26,780 per annumJob Type: Full-time, PermanentHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pmAbout the RoleOur client is seeking a motivated Job Coach to support individuals on their journey into sustainable employment. The right candidate will provide one-to-one coaching, helping participants overcome barriers, build confidence, develop employability skills, and secure long-term job opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of participants.Complete assessments and employment action plans.Deliver tailored coaching and employability support.Assist with CVs, job searches, and interview preparation.Liaise with employers and coordinate interviews.Provide ongoing support to help participants sustain employment.Maintain accurate records and achieve performance targets.RequirementsExperience in coaching, mentoring, employability, or support services.Experience working in a target-driven environment.Strong communication and motivational skills.Understanding of barriers to employment.Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.Benefits30 days annual leave, increasing with service35-hour working weekHealthcare schemeProfit-sharing schemeLife insuranceRetail and gym discountsEmployee recognition awardsOngoing training and developmentTPBN1_UKTJ
