Full-Time Teaching Assistant Primary School (Ealing)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 4:00pmSalary: £515 to £550 per weekStart Date: 7th September 2026A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Ealing area is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.The Role:Deliver targeted intervention sessions to individuals and small groups across the primary age range.Support pupils of varying abilities, including lower-attaining learners and those requiring additional challenge through enrichment activities.Work closely with class teachers to implement learning plans and monitor pupil progress.Provide classroom support to ensure all children are engaged and making progress.Foster a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school.Proven experience planning and delivering effective intervention programmes.Experience supporting pupils across a range of abilities, including lower ability learners and higher attaining/enrichment pupils.A strong understanding of differentiation and adapting support to meet individual learning needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A positive, flexible and committed approach to supporting children's learning and development.Why Horizon Teachers:We are like you!
