Grounds Person

Location: HelensburghPay rate: £15.67 per hourHours: 36 hours per week, Monday to FridayContract: Full-time, PermanentAre you hands-on, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors? We're looking for a Grounds Person to join our team and help ensure our outdoor areas are maintained to a high standard, remaining clean, safe and well-presented all year round.What You'll Be DoingMaintaining lawns, hedges, shrubs and flower bedsCarrying out grass cutting, weeding and litter picking dutiesOperating grounds maintenance tools and machinery safelySupporting seasonal activities such as planting, leaf clearance, gritting and snow clearingWorking to high standards while following health & safety requirements at all timesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious grounds maintenance or landscaping experience (preferred)A positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull UK driving licence (desirable)Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsFlexibility for early starts, seasonal overtime and winter on-call dutiesWhat We OfferFull training and ongoing developmentA supportive team environmentUniform and PPE providedOpportunities for progressionJoin us and take pride in creating outdoor spaces everyone can enjoy.
