Do you have the confidence,resilienceand experience to manage complex anti-social behaviour cases with professionalism,empathyand sound judgement?We'relooking for an experienced and motivated Housing Officer specialising in Anti-Social Behaviour to join our Housing Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by tackling anti-social behaviour, supporting victims, working constructively with perpetrators to address unacceptable behaviour, and developing strong partnerships that promote safe, sustainable neighbourhoods.This is a varied and rewarding role that combines general housing management with a specialist focus on anti-social behaviour. You willbe responsible formanaging a small neighbourhood patch, delivering a full range of tenancy management services, while leading on anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement cases across the organisation.You will take ownership of a diverse caseload of anti-social behaviour cases, ensuring they are investigated thoroughly, managedproactivelyand resolved effectively. You will work closely with customers,colleaguesand partner agencies to identifyappropriate interventions, safeguard vulnerable individuals, prevent issues from escalating and, where necessary, take proportionate enforcement action.The RoleDeliver a high-quality housing management service to a designated neighbourhood.Lead on the investigation and management of anti-social behaviour,nuisanceand tenancy enforcement cases across the organisation.Support and safeguard victims while working with perpetrators to encourage positive behaviour change wherever possible.Conduct risk assessments, gatherevidenceand develop robust action plans to achieve successful case resolution.Prepare cases for legal action, including witness statements, courtdocumentationand liaison with legal representatives whereappropriate.Build effective relationships with key partners, including the Police, Local Authorities, Community SafetyPartnershipsand support agencies, to deliver coordinated solutions.Ensure customers receive clear,timelyand empathetic communication throughout the management of their case.Maintainaccuratecase records and ensure compliance with legislation, regulatorystandardsand organisational policies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of housing and neighbourhood services byidentifyingopportunities to enhance the customer experience and strengthen community safety.Werelooking for someone who has agenuine passion for housing and community safety, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance empathy with robust decision-making.
