Do you have experience in customer service environment and have got the want to help peopleAre you happy working on the telephone dealing with inbound calls and enquires whilst also making outbound calls to lapsed customers to promote the business and maintain relationships (Full training will be given)Our client, who specialises in providing services that make a difference to the environment and an essential service for domestic customers is growing the team and alongside offering great benefits the opportunity to train in sales and customer service to build on your career too!DutiesDealing with business inbound calls and divert to other teamsSupport the Manager to implement the sales growth strategySpeaking lapsed customers to win back and promote additional servicesTo grow and develop new customer base in areas of low penetrationTo ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintainedTo develop and maintain existing customer baseTo support the development of the sales through targeting prospective and existing /lapsed customers within chosen markets to create relationships and secure new business.Manage the sales pipeline of leads from the company data, self-generated, marketing and other sources across the business including inbound calls.Cross and up sell new products and services to new and existing customer base.To effectively communicate with all functions within the business to ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed.Ensure all customer activity is logged on the CRM package, including all interaction, calls, emails, meetings, opportunities, quotes and complaintsSupport the achievement of daily, monthly and annual targets, (call, quote and sales)Ensure Key performance indicators (calls per hour, wrap, calls answered) are adhered to and exceededTo ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.ExperienceExperience of working in a fast-paced customer service environmentEffective verbal and written communication skills including an ability to effectively deal with telephone and email enquiriesIdentifies opportunities and is pro-active in putting forward ideas and potential solutionsGood IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and ExcelHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailEffective organisational skillsEvidence of ability to work co-operatively with others to meet tight deadlinesPrevious sales experience is desirable but not necessary but the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the knowledge and skills associated with selling is requiredHours9.30am - 6.30pm Monday to FridaySalary and Reward£28,300 + quarterly bonus scheme33 days holiday and a great benefits packageTPBN1_UKTJ
