Warehouse Systems Administrator (rotating days)

You will provide first line support to the operation in dealing with a range of system and process related issues.This is a full time, permanent position and working any 5 out of 7 days, rotating between 6am 2pm & 2pm 10pm.Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Youll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!What youll do on a typical day:Support the operation with system issues and technical knowledgeEscalate issues to correct teams, that cannot be resolved in-houseInvestigate ad-hoc issues and provide solutionsResolve queries highlighted from the operation and the customerProvide subject matter expertise to support Systems related projects.Complete and build new or one-off reports as required by the operation and the customerWhat you need to succeed at GXO :Demonstrable high-level experience with WMS, including DLX/RPProficient in SQL or Jasper report writingExcellent organisational and time management skillsHigh level of general IT knowledge, including radio data terminals, printers and PCsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalA reasonable understanding of MS PowerBI reporting toolsWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.TPBN1_UKTJ
