Interim Risk Manager - Consumer Credit

The role You will provide short term specialist risk management to support the full implementation and embedding of the firm's risk management framework. Working alongside the Head of Risk and Compliance and in collaboration with key business stakeholders you will: Review and enhance the firm's risk management frameworkSupport implementation of the risk platformFacilitate risk identification workshops across business areasPopulate and validate risk registers and associate recordsDevelop meaningful risk MI and reporting dashboardsProvide coaching to first- and second line colleaguesSkills and Experience Track record of successful implementation and embedding of risk management frameworks within FCA regulated firmsExperience supporting firms through risk management maturity and capability building programmesAbility to operate in a hands on capacity while collaborating and influencing senior management and governance forumsTPBN1_UKTJ
