You'll support students both inside and outside the classroom, implement behaviour strategies, build trusted relationships and work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff and external professionals to remove barriers to learning.Behaviour Mentor What the School is Looking For The ideal Behaviour Mentor will have experience supporting young people with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour or additional needs within education, youth work, care or similar settings.
