This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile defence programme, supporting the management of the F-35 training database, configuration control and curriculum development.Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the F-35 training database, including configuration control and backupsApply Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologiesSupport curriculum development and training assurance activitiesAnalyse training data to identify improvements and support reportingManage configuration using PerForce Helix CoreWork closely with BAE Systems, the MoD and Lockheed Martin to support training deliveryResolve stakeholder queries and support governance processesAbout You You'll have:Experience within an aviation or defence training environmentKnowledge of Systems Approach to Training (SAT)Experience using Microsoft Access and the MS Office suiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with configuration management tools (PerForce desirable)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of DSAT (JSP822) would be advantageousThis is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to one of the UK's most advanced defence programmes within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.TPBN1_UKTJ
