From day one, youll run your own P&L with real equity tied to performance. Not vague promises. A clear structure where your stake grows as you build. The package is strong - up to £65k base with a commission scheme that dwarves most in the market - but thats not the reason youd move. Its the leverage. As you grow a team around you, your earnings stop being limited to your own billings. Youre building something that pays you properly, not just now, but long term. Youll need to be comfortable opening new logos and have a track record that shows youve built rather than inherited.
