Their products support farmers across the world in adopting more profitable and sustainable farming practices.With an expanding international dealer network and continued investment in product innovation, the business is experiencing exceptional growth and is now seeking an Agricultural Aftersales Technician to strengthen its technical support team.Agricultural Aftersales Technician The Job Role Details: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Agricultural Aftersales Technician to provide technical support across the UK and international dealer network. Working closely with dealers, distributors, engineers and customers, you will commission machinery, diagnose technical issues, deliver product training and provide first-class aftersales support.This is a varied field-based role combining customer support, technical problem solving, product validation and dealer development. You will also play an important role in providing valuable field feedback to assist with future product improvements.The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills and a passion for agricultural machinery.Key Responsibilities : Commission and set up agricultural machinery throughout the UK and internationallyDiagnose hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults both remotely and on-siteInterpret hydraulic and electrical schematicsCarry out Product Verification and Validation (PV&V)Deliver technical product trainingSupport warranty investigations and claimsBuild strong relationships with dealers and customersRecord field issues and product feedbackWork closely with engineering and production teamsRepresent the business professionallyEssential Candidate Skills & Experience: Previous experience as an Agricultural Machinery Technician, Field Service Engineer or similarStrong knowledge of agricultural machinery, hydraulics and electrical systemsAbility to interpret hydraulic and electrical schematicsExcellent fault-finding and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independentlyPractical problem-solving approachGood IT, maths and English skillsFull UK driving licenceWillingness to travel throughout the UK and internationallyFluent EnglishDesirable: Experience carrying out Product Verification & Validation (PV&V)Experience delivering technical trainingPrevious experience supporting agricultural machinery dealer networksKnowledge of regenerative farming equipment and modern agricultural technologyWorking Hours : This is a full-time, hybrid field-based position.
