JWB Recruitment are recruiting for a Duct Fitter to work with an established M&E company.OverviewWere looking for an experienced Duct Fitter to join a well-established mechanical contractor delivering installation works on new-build care home projects across England. Youll be installing plastic MVE ductwork, AHU connections, and AC duct systems as part of a skilled site team.This role involves working away Monday to Thursday, completing 12-hour shifts, with a long weekend starting Friday. Current projects include sites in Kent, Portsmouth, and Birmingham, with ongoing work nationwide.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and fit plastic MVE ductwork on new-build care home sitesConnect ductwork to AHUs, AC systems, and ventilation plantWork from technical drawings and site plansEnsure all installations meet quality, safety, and compliance standardsCollaborate with site supervisors and other trades to deliver projects efficientlyMaintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a high standardRepresent the company professionally while working away on client sitesRequirementsProven experience as a Duct Fitter or Ventilation InstallerStrong understanding of MVE duct systems, AHU connections, and AC ductworkComfortable working long shifts and staying away MondayThursdayAbility to work safely and independently on busy construction sitesFull UK driving licenceRight to work in the UKTPBN1_UKTJ
