We are seeking a Project Manager to enhance our team and drive success across our high value projects.Why join us?Exciting Projects Work on varied sector projects and leave a lasting legacyCareer Growth Clear progression pathways and continuous professional developmentCollaborative Culture Be part of a team that values innovation, integrity, and a commitment to excellenceCompetitive Package Enjoy a competitive salary and great benefits with volunteering daysWhat you will be doingThe successful Project Manager will possess responsibilities to:Ensure that an effective and realistic Procurement Schedule is produced in conjunction with the Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS)Possess a prior understanding of tender prelims and develop a strategy which suitLead the subcontractor procurement process and ensure that subcontractors are appointed on a timely basisReview subcontractor programmes and monitor progress and qualityEnsure that regular commercial reviews are carried out in relation to all budgetary (cost/value) aspects of the project and to have a knowledgeable understanding of the NEC form of Contract.Provide guidance, instruction and leadership to the PQS as and when necessaryEnsure that an effective and regimental snagging process is instigated, administered and concludeEnsure that all appointed subcontractors are suitably experienced and competent in full compliance with the CDM RegulationsDevelop and regularly review the CPHSP and ensure that this is approved by the CDMC prior to works commencing on siteEnsure daily safety briefing/coordination meetings with subcontractors take place.Be familiar with all relevant H&S legislation, project H&S Files, O&Ms, Building Manuals and ensure full compliance and submitted in a timely mannerDevelop the site quality management plan and ensure full compliance with all processes and procedures containedWhat Were Looking ForQualificationsCSCS CardAsbestos AwarenessSite Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)Black Card holderTemp works coordinator trainingExperienceEssentialStrong prior project management experience on projects circa £20 million (new build and refurb)Previous experience with Concrete/RC framesAbility to build positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors and employeesWillingness to learn and master new IT packagesHow to Apply:If youre ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values your expertise and innovation, wed love to hear from you!
