Teams benefit from stability, ongoing investment and opportunities to progress within a growing organisation that delivers high-quality projects and encourages development at every level.Projects and SectorsThe role supports care home and later-living schemes, typically valued £10m£12m, with projects reaching up to £30m.The RoleThe Document Controller will support the flow of technical information across multiple live projects. The position is initially office based, with hybrid working available once established. The role sits within a well-organised delivery team and reports directly to the Senior Document Controller.The position involves managing drawings, specifications and project documentation to ensure accurate control, timely distribution and full compliance with internal procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain document control systems with accurate version controlUpload, track and issue drawings and technical informationSupport project and site teams with document queriesMaintain audit-ready records for quality and project governanceAssist with setting up new projects and document workflowsLiaise with design teams, subcontractors and consultants to keep information movingExperience and Skills RequiredMinimum 18 months experience in a construction document control or project support roleStrong understanding of construction processes and documentationConfident using document management systems and digital platformsExperience with Procore is helpful but not essentialStrong general software capabilityExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAble to work independently and within a wider delivery teamWhats on Offer£30,000£36,000 salaryHybrid working after initial onboardingLong-term career development within a growing contractorExposure to high-quality design and build projectsSupportive team structure with clear processesTPBN1_UKTJ
