Contract Performance ManagerHybrid - Milton Keynes, Rushden, or Peterborough£56,109.27Full-Time, 6 month Fixed Term ContractJoin Amplius as a Contract Performance Manager, where you'll oversee planned works contracts from mobilisation to completion. Working with contractors, colleagues, and customers, you'll help deliver safe, high-quality homes while driving strong performance, compliance, value for money, and continuous improvement.Your week : 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pmLocation : Hybrid, with a weekly presence in either our Milton Keynes, Rushden, or Peterborough office.You can read about our fantastic colleague benefits here - Amplius colleague benefitsSnapshot of your roleManage planned works contracts from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.Support procurement activities, including tender development, contractor selection, and contract mobilisation.Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and contractual obligations, taking action to address any issues.Manage contract risks, variations, defects, disputes, and payment applications while maintaining commercial control.Work with internal teams to deliver inspections, maintain compliance, and ensure high standards of health and safety.Build strong relationships with contractors, colleagues, customers, and tenant representatives to support effective service delivery.Produce accurate performance, financial, and compliance reports, using data to identify improvements and manage risks.What youll need to thrive in this roleHNC/HND in a construction-related discipline, with membership of (or eligibility to join) RICS, CIOB, or another relevant professional bodyProven experience managing contracts and planned works programmes within social housing or another regulated environment.Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement, performance management, health and safety, and housing compliance requirements.Excellent commercial, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing budgets, risks, and contractor performance.A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while using data to drive improvements.Important The right to work in the UK is an essential requirement.
