With a consistent stream of contract awards we are looking for a Contract Manager who is motivated and ambitious to achieve the most out of their career.Looking after a portfolio fo 4/5 commercial sites across the West End and City of London, you will be reporting into a Business Unit Director responsible for a contract value of circa £1mn, managing the P&L and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are exceeded across PPM and reactive works from a team of engineers. Additionally, you will be responsible for quoting works, managing the onsite team, and demonstrating excellent stakeholder management.This really is an exciting opportunity to join a dominant force within building services maintenance and develop your career to its optimum level.Key duties & ResponsibilitiesReporting to Business Unit DireftorRunning Profit and Loss (P&L)Managing KPI and SLA's.Technical supporting both the client and the engineering teamResponsible for managing the company's quality procedures on siteManagement of client relationships on a daily basis.Attending client meetingsDealing with client's requirements including additional projects / worksRecruitmentDevelop staff, annual appraisals etcManage staff absenteeism and be responsible for disciplinary issuesReportsWinning and managing additional business opportunitiesResponsible for the permit system.Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on the contract.RequirementsTechnically qualified - Apprenticeship / City & Guilds qualifications in Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering / Air Conditioning / HVACExperience in managing contracts / maintenance teamsPersonable and good people skillsDriven and motivatedComputer skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Salary & BenefitsAnnual salary of £75,000Zones 1 & 2 Travel26 days annual leavePensionTrainingNumerous additional company benefitsPosted by Lee HamiltonTPBN1_UKTJ
