One of our dynamic clients in Bedford are recruiting for a senior commercial negotiator, the ideal candidate with have some commercial agency experience however happy if have strong residential experience. This is the ideal role for someone who is ambitious, driven and career orientated person, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30 pm.\n
\nSome duties:\n

\n - Managing large portfolio of commercial clients.
\n - Meetings, networking, face to face.
\n - Manage contracts. Draft, review commercial agreements.
\n - Manage sales proposals.
\n - Deal Execution.
\n - Risk mitigation.
\n - Manage relationships and resolve issues.
\n - Onboarding new clients.
\n - Advertising/Marketing.
\n - Viewings.
\n
